I reached out to Silver Linings Agency for the first professional caregivers in my home. Shawna D. admitted Paul and I immediately felt comfortable starting with just 3 hours. The staff have been tremendous, professional, flexible and reliable. They take Paul where he is on a given day and respond to his needs. I was able to get away for 3 nights and 4 days (my first vacation) with overnight and day shifts to make this happen. I did not realize how fatigued I really was. Thanks to Alysha, Kaitlyn, Marybeth, Devon, Jasmine and Audrey as well as the manager Shawna for their care and compassion. It is worth every dollar spent to receive their help. PS. I worked home health myself years ago and cannot rate them highly enough.
